Performance Hub
The Performance Hub module in EpisXperience provides users with a centralized view of the system's overall performance. It offers visibility into key metrics related to message sending and delivery, allowing users to monitor and optimize their campaigns effectively.

Key Metrics
Scheduled for Sending
Description: This metric displays the total number of messages scheduled for sending on the current day. It includes messages triggered by InstantTrigger requests and those that are part of a campaign's target group.
Currently Being Sent
Description: This metric shows the number of messages currently in the queue waiting to be sent.
Not Sent
Description: This metric displays the total number of messages that failed to be sent on the current day.
Sent
Description: This metric shows the total number of messages that were successfully sent after passing through the queue on the current day.
Delivery Metrics
Delivered
Description: This metric displays the total number of messages that were successfully delivered after being sent on the current day.
Delivery Rate
Description: The delivery rate is calculated as the percentage of successfully delivered messages divided by the total number of messages sent.
Campaign Breakdown
Description: The Performance Hub provides a detailed performance breakdown for each campaign that was active on the current day. This includes metrics such as Scheduled for Sending, Currently Being Sent, Not Sent, Sent.
